We use official CAT decertification software files (migration kit), intended for vehicles that get exported to non regulated countries(NRC)!

This way You are getting original CAT delete tuning – the best thing money can buy!

These files work flawless with any type of diesel fuel!

All emission components will be turned off.

This will delete DPF, and in case Your machine uses DEF fluid, this will also delete DEF and SCR.

With original CAT migration (NRC) files the EGR remains active, but we can apply our solution to turn the EGR off.

With EGR deleted You will have to block the gas flow (plates on both intake & exhaust side).

Most customers notice increase in power, due to the fact that Your exhaust is not longer restricted.

EGR block off prevents exhaust gas flowing back into intake, which results in cleaner combustion.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE TUNING

  1. Windows laptop.
  2. Good and stable internet connection.
  3. Software CAT ET diagnostic program installed and working for reading codes.
  4. Diagnostic adapter. Recommended diagnostic adapter is CAT COMM ADAPTER III.

BEFORE SENDING TEAMVIEWER ID AND PASSWORD DO THIS

  1. Disconnect both NOx, EGR sensors.
  2. Put battery charge to truck’s batteries.
  3. Plug the laptop to the wall (so it charges, and so the battery doesn’t die during flashing process)
  4. Verify that voltage on truck’s batteries is between 12.5V and 13.8V.
