DPF filter is a constant issue on Maxxforce engines. DPF regens happen all the time, they last quite long, and burn extra fuel. Maxxforce DPF delete tuning will cancel the entire regen system & You will be able to straight pipe Your exhaust.

MAXXFORCE EGR DELETE

EGR causes excessive soot build up in intake manifold. Turbo gets sticky, and no longer moves as agile as it did when it was clean. All that affects Your engine life & performances. With Maxxforce EGR delete tuning, Your EGR valve & sensors will be removed from ECM software. You will just have to put block off plates to prevent any gases going into & out from the EGR manifold.

MAXXFORCE SCR DELETE

Constant DEF doser, SCR filter, DEF lines, DEF tank sensors… issues are bothering You?. Maxxforce SCR DEF delete tuning will allow You to completely turn off these systems. No more DEF fluid, SCR filter good bye – and all emission derates will be turned off. You will forget about 5MPH derate, since it will be GONE!

Don’t get fooled, You don’t have to ship Your Maxxforce ECM to get it tuned!

All Maxxforce tuning is done online(remotely), through diagnostic port with Nexiq USB Link, but we did use DPA5, Noregon and some other adapters.

BENEFITS OF DELETE TUNING ON MAXXFORCE ENGINES

Maxxforce engines are known for their issues with emission related components. Once You delete it, it will be running like it should!

EGR block off will prevent 2nd burning cycle, and engine will always use fresh air.

The turbo will take a vacation from constant regens, and engine oil will last longer (since it won’t have any additional soot).

There will be no more fault codes related to DPF EGR DOC DEF SCR! We must mention improved fuel economy due to multiple reasons (no more regens, cold air), and a power increase – a cherry on top of the cake!

REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE TUNING

1. Windows laptop.
2. Good and stable internet connection.
3. Software ServiceMaxx or NED program installed and working for reading codes.
4. Diagnostic adapter. Recommended diagnostic adapter is Nexiq USB Link, but we did use DPA5, Noregon and some other adapters.

BEFORE SENDING TEAMVIEWER ID AND PASSWORD DO THIS

1. Disconnect both NOx, EGR sensors.
3. Put battery charge to truck’s batteries.
4. Plug the laptop to the wall (so it charges, and so the battery doesn’t die during flashing process)
5. Verify that voltage on truck’s batteries is between 12.5V and 13.8V.
