Did You know that Your engine can run with no DPF filter? Did You know that it runs even better without it?

DPF regen burns extra fuel, and puts stress on all Your engine parts (especially turbo). Paccar DPF delete tuning will allow You to turn off DPF (hollow it our or straight pipe the entire exhaust)

PACCAR EGR DELETE

EGR returns Your exhaust to intake, for additional combustion.

That causes filling intake & turbo with soot. Turbo gets sticky, and it doesn’t move as fast & free as it did when it was clean. All that has negative contribution to Your engine performance & reliability. With Paccar EGR delete tuning, Your EGR valve & sensors will be disabled internally. You will have to block off EGR – and all done!

PACCAR SCR DEF DELETE

DEF doser, SCR filter, DEF lines, DEF tank sensors… the list goes on & on.

We are sure that You’ve experienced problems with all those parts.

Paccar SCR DEF delete tuning will allow You to disable these systems. Cancel DEF fluid orders, SCR filter gone – and all emission derates will be turned off. You will forget about 5MPH derate!

There is no need to ship the ECM, everything will be done through Your diagnostic port!

REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE TUNING

1. Windows laptop.
2. Good and stable internet connection.
3. Software JPRO Diagnostic program installed and working for reading codes.
4. Diagnostic adapter. Recommended diagnostic adapter is Nexiq USB Link, but we did use DPA5, Noregon and some other adapters.

BEFORE SENDING TEAMVIEWER ID AND PASSWORD DO THIS

1. Disconnect both NOx, EGR sensors.
3. Put battery charge to truck’s batteries.
4. Plug the laptop to the wall (so it charges, and so the battery doesn’t die during flashing process)
5. Verify that voltage on truck’s batteries is between 12.5V and 13.8V.
