CUMMINS DPF DELETE

The DPF filter gets clogged up pretty fast, and even faster if You are idling a lot, or running the engine in cold weather. As You know the DPF regen is boring, takes a lot of time, burns extra fuel – and most importantly put unnecessary stress on Your turbo. With the Cummins DPF delete tuning loaded into Your ECM, the entire regen system will be disabled & You will be able to straight pipe Your exhaust.

CUMMINS EGR DELETE

The EGR valve recirculates exhaust gas back into Your intake, causing excessive soot build up in intake manifold. VGT turbo vanes get sticky, and they no longer move as agile as they did when they were clean. All that limits Your air flow – and affects Your performances. With Cummins EGR delete, Your EGR valve & sensors will be removed from ECM software. You will just have to put block off plates to prevent any gases going into the EGR manifold.

CUMMINS DEF SCR DELETE

Failed DEF doser, issues with the SCR filter, DEF lines, DEF tank temperature\level & quality sensors. Our Cummins DEF SCR delete tuning will allow You to completely disabled these systems. There will be no more DEF dosing, the SCR will be bypassed – and all emission derates will be turned off. You will forget about 5MPH derate, since it will be GONE!

REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE TUNING

1. Windows laptop.
2. Good and stable internet connection.
3. Software diagnostic program installed and working for reading codes.
4. Diagnostic adapter. Recommended diagnostic adapter is Nexiq USB Link, but we did use DPA5, Noregon and some other adapters.

BEFORE SENDING TEAMVIEWER ID AND PASSWORD DO THIS

1. Disconnect both NOx, EGR sensors.
3. Put battery charge to truck’s batteries.
4. Plug the laptop to the wall (so it charges, and so the battery doesn’t die during flashing process)
5. Verify that voltage on truck’s batteries is between 12.5V and 13.8V.
